CIHSS’ mission is to preserve families and increase the quality of care to children, adults and families.

For over 30 years CIHSS has been committed to improving the lives of families and building stronger communities.  Children and individuals with developmental disabilities have received shelter, treatment, and support in nurturing environments. Each individual deserves the opportunity of a warm, trusting family environment in which to learn, grow and reach their full potential.
